These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reset 30 Days (the "Service"), available at reset30days.com and operated by Lucas Foubert ("we", "us", "our"), Belgium. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Reset 30 Days. If you are under 18, you may only purchase access with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Reset 30 Days is a digital self-discipline program delivered as a web app (Progressive Web App). It provides a structured 30-day system of daily challenges, habits, planning tools, reflection exercises and progress tracking. The Service is provided for personal, self-improvement use. We may update, improve or change features over time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. You may export or delete your data at any time from within the app.
Access to Reset 30 Days is sold through our payment partner Whop. All payments are processed securely by Whop; we do not receive or store your payment card details. The price and what is included are shown at checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you receive immediate digital access to the program.
Because Reset 30 Days is digital content to which you gain immediate access:
Reset 30 Days offers an affiliate program through Whop, allowing approved participants to earn a commission (currently 30% per referred sale). Participation is subject to approval and to the specific affiliate rules provided during the application process. We may modify, suspend or end the affiliate program, or reject or remove any participant, at our discretion. Commissions are calculated and paid via Whop.

The Service includes community channels and chat (including phase, cycle-club and affiliate channels). You alone are responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, misleading, spam or unsolicited advertising, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, that infringes anyone's rights, or that shares another person's personal data without their consent.
Messages you post are visible to other members of the relevant channel. You keep ownership of your messages, but you grant Reset 30 Days a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, reproduce and distribute them within the Service for the purpose of operating the community. The host may pin, hide or delete any message, and may remove, restrict or suspend your access to the community — with or without notice — to keep it safe and on-topic. We may review and aggregate community activity (such as message counts and activity patterns) to moderate the community, enforce these rules and improve the Service. We may also disclose content where required by law.
All content, design, text, structure, branding and materials of Reset 30 Days are owned by Lucas Foubert / Reset 30 Days and protected by intellectual-property laws. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the program for your own self-improvement. The content you create (your reflections, journal entries and letter) remains yours.
Reset 30 Days is a self-improvement and productivity program. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are dealing with a physical or mental-health condition, please consult a qualified provider before making changes to your routine.
Results depend on your own effort and circumstances. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes. If at any point you feel unwell or in distress, stop and seek appropriate support.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian or EU law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for access.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence within the EU. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
Before going to court, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@reset30days.com so we can try to resolve the matter. If we cannot reach a solution, you may, as a consumer, turn to the competent Belgian alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body:
