4Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers ("processors") that make Reset 30 Days work, and only as far as necessary. In particular, your email address — together with simple properties such as your membership start date and whether you are an affiliate — is stored with our email provider Resend so we can manage our contact list and send you account, program and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
WhopPayment processing, access/entitlement management and the affiliate program. Whop also provides a tracking pixel on our website that attributes a purchase to the affiliate who referred you (loaded only with your marketing-cookie consent).

We may also disclose data if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users or ourselves.

5International transfers

Some of our providers are based in, or process data in, the United States and other countries outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can contact us for more information about these safeguards.

6Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time through the "Cookie Settings" link in the app.

7How long we keep your data

We keep your account and program data for as long as your account exists, so your progress and letter remain available to you. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Your rights).
